Customer Correspondence

Maintenance of customer correspondence within the Pro-Time products is now easier with the interface with Microsoft Outlook or Explorer.

Outlook allows you to write a letter, send an email or even make an appointment with a customer, enabling you to maintain the correspondence in a Customer folder, so you can refer to this information from any Customer screen at any time.   It's a good way of keeping history of all your customer communication.

  Web-API

Pro-Time have commenced work on the next "Exciting" phase for the Pro-Time suite of products - Web-API.   This is a "Web enabling" extension to the current software modules, providing e-commerce and B2B capabilities.

It is provided through BuildProfessional Web-API.

  Automation of BAS Many of the products in the Pro-Time suite now have inbuilt automation of the GST's Business Activity Statement (BAS).
